The Beginning
















Legend speaks of a cloth, a cloth which can be worn on one shoulder or across the neck covering both the shoulders. In other words ,cloth used to cover certain parts of the body. This cloth came to be known as ‘Angavastra'
•It's a Sanskrit term and is composed of the word ’Anga’ which means body part and ‘vastra’ which stands for ‘cloth’.
• Angavastra signifies simplicity and hard work. And Yes, this is what Angavastra is all about.

The name Angavastra was chosen as it represents :

* Uniqueness

* Youth

* Indianness


It has all the qualities that are required to be a brandname...It inspires & motivates youth like us….and represents the indian colours very well…!.....
In short Angavastra is represented by the youth and it’s meant for the youth…!


ANGAVASTRA: THE ORGANISATION


Angavastra is a ‘T-shirt’ printing organization established in the year 2009.
As the new dawn of the Internet rises,people all across the globe are more of online shoppers rather than just street shoppers. Technology and the market have grown to new heights but somewhere, among the graphs, something was missing. This is where……. ANGAVASTRA begins.


Why T-Shirt Printing???

* Mostly because t-shirts are a part of our lives, in almost every direct and indirect way.

* T-shirts with logos and imprints are a huge craze amongst the youth.

* The designs, the quotes define the taste and preferences of the people.

* They give you the freedom to express yourselves, to project your personality in the society, and all this without even having to say a word..!!

* And the foremost reason, we don’t have much competition and big money in this field.

Since the t-shirt printing sector is relatively untouched in india, investing in such an endeavor is bound to bear fruitful results in the future.
With less, almost nil competition we are bound to break all bounds and establish a name for ourselves in the industry.


How is AV different?

* Owned, Run, Managed ie Completely Controlled by the youth(that’s us :D)

* Target-Youth(16-25yrs)

* Since we belong to the target age group, we understand the consumer’s needs and demands, and thus have an upperhand with the customers.

* So, the designs that we would be offering would be more in sync with the customers demands…ie personalised designs!

* Personalisation- We will also be providing customized t-shirts wherein the consumer can create his own designs, quotes, even photos and get them printed on the t-shirt.
